Guest Policy

  • Single Person is not allowed.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
  • Please bring with you a print copy of booking slip .
  • Pets are not allowed .
  • Any type of extra bed or Crib is upon request and needs to be confirming by management.
  • For any circumstances if your selected room is not available then we will provide you another room with same facility and features.
  • If any action by a guest is found by the hotel to be improper, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the hotel's attention, the hotel retains the right to take action against the guest after the complaints have been reviewed.
  • Some destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.
  • Guests are liable for any damage, except for normal wear and tear on the property of the hotel. Guests are responsible for maintaining the hotel room in good condition and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Some policies are specific to the reservation and are notified to the customer when making the reservation.
  • Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to verify their arrival or arrival time by calling or sending messages. When, after multiple attempts, we do not receive a response from the customer, the booking may be stopped or cancelled. In case of availability, BAKKHALITRIP will try to restore your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our numerous payment options.
